Who built this

I'm Fernando Nemi,
founder of FAS Logtech.

One founder. One AI stack. Three vertical products. This page tells the story of how FAS became what it is today — and why it stopped being what it was before.

The story — in 3 paragraphs

From traditional startup to solo studio

I built FAS Logtech after 15 years inside logistics operations — watching expensive systems that don't deliver, projects that drag on, managers drowning in spreadsheets. In 2022 I launched Farol TMS. In 2025 I learned, firsthand, that raising money and building a team isn't the only path — nor the right one for me.

Today FAS is just me and an AI stack. Three vertical products that solve real problems: GuardCam turns condo cameras into radars. Outpost Hub activates idle carrier warehouses to reduce freight cost and CO₂ emissions for shippers. Farol TMS is freight audit for industries that take fiscal governance seriously. Each one runs independently, each one bills on its own.

No round. No partners. No promises that don't fit the cash flow. Software built by someone who operates it every day.

The 3 products in one sentence each

GuardCam — garage radar via IP camera. Live.

Outpost Hub — regional hub in idle carriers. In development.

Farol TMS — TMS for fiscally serious industries. On request.

Each product has its own sales cycle, pricing and roadmap. What unites them is the founder.

The five principles

What guides every decision

💰

Real cash > projected valuation

I'd rather have R$ 1,000 in recurring revenue today than R$ 10 million in pitch-deck valuation.

🎯

Paying customer > qualified lead

A pretty pipeline doesn't bill. A customer paying the monthly fee does.

📅

Consistent presence > perfect post

Posting every week, even rough, beats the perfect post that never ships.

🔧

Technical honesty > ambitious marketing

If the product can't do it, I don't promise it. If AI fails 10% of the time, I tell the customer before closing.

One working product > three in promise

GuardCam first. Then Outpost. Farol when it makes sense. Nothing at the same time.

Let's talk

Send a message. If I can solve it today, I do. If not, I'll tell you right away.
